A recently introduced bill (HB 1474/ SB 566) prohibits the sale of broadly-defined "weight-loss" supplements to individuals younger than 18 years of age. The bill also prohibits these products from being directly accessible to consumers, so they will be in locked cases or behind store counters. Many healthy products could fall under this bill's broad umbrella; hidden from a customer’s view, some people may never become aware of a product that would perfectly suit their health needs -or be too intimidated to ask for it.

Even though Governor Abbot vetoed Texas SB 3 (calling for improved regulations for CBD products instead), lawmakers have introduced essentially the same bill Abbot vetoed. This "new" bill has passed the senate and is headed to the house.

    As you search through our online catalog, you'll notice that some products are limited to our In-Store Pick-Up option only due to limits on shipping. 

    Also, if you don't see a product you need, we will still gladly take mail orders from you over the phone.
