Two softgels provide 1200 mg Pumpkin Oil (seed), 300 mg Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) (berry) extract standardized to 85-95% fatty acids and sterols, 150 mg Nettle (Urtica diocia) (root) extract, 100 mg Phytosterols (44 mg beta-sitosterol), 100 mg Green Tea Extract standardized to 95% polyphenols, 50 mg Soy Isoflavones (non-GMO), 5 mg Lycopene (from trademarked Lyc-O-Mato), and 3 mg Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin.

Suggested Use: Take two softgels daily with meals. Store in a cool, dry place. 

Other Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, turmeric extract), beeswax (yellow), soy lecithin.
