100% vegetarian herbal supplement. Suggested Use: Take 2 liquid veggie capsules, 1-2 times per day or as needed. Two capsules provide 1400 mg of a proprietary blend of organic ashwagandha root, organic lemon balm herb, organic bacopa herb, and organic passion flower herb, plus 100 mg organic rhodiola root extract and 100 mg organic holy basil leaf C02 supercritical extract (15 mg Eugenol). With soy lecithin, modified vegetable cellulose, and medium chain triglycerides.
