Non-GMO lecithin for brain and livery health.* Lecithin provides nutrients such as phosphatidylcholine, which supports liver health and neurologic transmission in the brain -- a key factor in brain health.* The phospholipids in lecithin can be incorporated into cell membranes, helping cells to communicate and respond to messages from the environment.* Although lecithin is a lipid, it is partially water soluble and can help dispense fats due to its role as an emulsifying compound. This role is critical in the body where fat components and water components must continuously interact.
