Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) is involved in energy-producing reactions in the body. ALA is both fat and water soluble, allowing it to be used at the cell membrane level and inside the cell. ALA helps the body recycle CoQ10, glutathione, vitamins C and E.*
One softgel provides 300 mg Alpha-Lipoic-Acid.
Suggested Use: Take one softgel up to two times daily with food.
Other Ingredients: Sunflower oil, capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, annatto), yellow beeswax, sunflower lecithin.
Contains NO artificial colors, flavors or preservatives; no wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, crustacean shellfish or fish.
