One tablet provides 250 mg Magnesium (from magnesium oxide, amino acid chelate).
Suggested Use: Take one tablet up to two times daily with food.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, calcium phosphate, stearic acid (vegetable source), silica, modified cellulose, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), glutamic acid, protein hydrolysate (milk), glycerin. Contains milk.
CONTAINS NO artificial colors, flavors or preservatives; no wheat, gluten, eggs, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts, soy, crustacean shellfish or fish.
