One capsule provides 500 mg L-Carnitine (as L-tartrate).
Suggested Use: Take one capsule daily in between meals. Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable for vegans.
Other Ingredients: Capsule (vegetable source), cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
