1 tsp serving provides 10 mg iron (as ferrous bisglycinate chelate) and 100 mg wild-harvested yellow dock root. Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin, deionized water, blackberry juice concentrate, citric acid, vanilla natural flavor. WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
