Optimal Methylated Forms of B12+B9+B6 in one Micro-Sized Tablet. Methylcobalamin and L-methyltetrahydrofolate are considered the biologically active forms of B12 and Folate. Folate and B12 are important for healthy red blood cell formation and can contribute to maintaining healthy homocysteine levels. In a Food Base of Organic Spinach, our unique formula uses a combination of methylcobalamin, L-methyltetra-hydrofolate and pyridoxine-5 phosphate to support cardiovascular health, brain health, neurotransmitter synthesis, and cellular energy metabolism. Delivered in a microtab for easy and convenient use.
Suggested Use: Take 1 microtab daily.
