One softgel provides 268 mg Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol), Mixed tocopherols [400 mg d-gamma tocopherol, 9 mg d-delta tocopherol, 7 mg d-beta tocopherol], and Tocotrienols (from palm) [19 mg Gamma tocotrienol, 12 mg Alpha tocotrienol, 6 mg Delta tocotrienol, 1 mg Beta tocotrienol].

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) softgel daily with meals, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.

Other Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin and water). Contains soy.

Contains NO salt, dairy, yeast, wheat, gluten, eggs, peanuts, sesame, yeast, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.
