Quercetin is a naturally occurring bioflavonoid compound. Quercetin supports the antioxidant vitamin C in the body and assists with a healthy inflammation response.* Bioflavonoids are compounds that give color to fruits and vegetables, as well as red and rose colored wines. Quercetin is found in foods such as apples, onions, beans, green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits. It can also be found in black and green teas, red wines and red grape juices. Bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme from pineapple, and magnesium are added to help support the body's response to inflammation.*

One vegan capsule provides 100 mg Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 15 mg Magnesium (from magnesium carbonate), 250 mg Quercetin (from Quercetin Dihydrate), 50 mg Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex (fruit), and 25 mg Bromelain (from pineapple).

Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule daily between meals. Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable for vegans.
