Two vegetarian capsules provide 750 mcg Vitamin A (as palmitate), 30 mg Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 10 mcg Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 15 mg Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid) Folate, 300 mcg Iodine (from kelp), 100 mg Magnesium (from magnesium oxide and magnesium chelate), 10 mg Zinc (from monomethionine L-OptiZinc®), 100 mcg Selenium (from selenomethionine), 2 mg Copper (from copper gluconate), 500 mg L-Tyrosine, 60 mg Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract (Standardized to 98% [58.8 mg] polyphenols), 150 mg Gugulipid® (Commiphora muku) resin extract (Standardized to 2.5% [3.75 mg] guggulsterones), 100 mg Bacopin® (Bacopa monniera) leaf extract (Standardized to 20% [20 mg] bacosides A&B), and 100 mg Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract (Standardized to 1.5% [1.5 mg] withanolides).

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) vegetarian capsules daily at mealtime, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
