One veggie cap provides 210 mg Calcium (as calcium carbonate), 125 mcg (5,000 iu) Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 100 mcg Vitamin K2 (mk-7) (as Menaquinone), and 5 mg Bioperine (black pepper fruit extract). Free of GMO, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs and shellfish.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) veggie capsule twice a day. For best results, take 20-30 mins. before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
